La familia Cortés tuvo la inmensa suerte de visitarlo este otoño y algo mágico les sucedió.
Nada más entrar en él sentías como la calma y la paz te rodeaban, haciéndote sentir relajado y alegre con todo el entorno. La familia pasó dos días allí, los mejores de sus vidas, o eso es lo que dicen.
El primer día por la noche, mientras sus padres dormían, Jamie salió a investigar los alrededores y para su sorpresa encontró un pequeño y atípico ser entre los arbustos que se hallaban tapando los gruesos troncos de los cerezos, un zorro blanco y diminuto. Jamie se acercó a el pequeño animal e intentó atraparlo. Pero el animal fue lo suficientemente rápido como para apartarse, así que Jamie solo pudo coger el final de su cola y de milagro.
El pequeño zorro gruñó, pero no hizo ningún ademán de morder o lanzarse hacia él, así que Jamie persistió con el agarre hasta que el animal abrió la boca y dijo:
- Te agradecería que me soltases, por favor.
Jamie pasmado como si hubiese visto llover ranas, soltó al pequeño animal, que se acomodó en el suelo.
- ¿Cómo puedes hablar? Los animales no pueden hacer eso. - tartamudeó.
- Yo sí, soy el guardián del santuario, sin mí, no podría seguir aquí. Muchos humanos merodean para ver que arboles pueden talar.
- Oh... no deberían talar ninguno, todo esto es precioso.
- Cierto Jamie, pero me temo que muchos de los humanos no comprenden que la naturaleza es uno de los factores más importantes para la vida, tanto animal como humana. Y si siguen destrozando los bosques, contaminando, eliminando plantas, cazando animales etc. Será cuestión de tiempo que todos desaparezcamos, ¿lo entiendes?
- Sí, lo entiendo.
Poco después el zorro que se hacía llamar Aslan, desapareció y Jamie nunca volvió a saber de él, pero la corta charla sirvió de mucho, ya que Jamie creció y participó en numerosos proyectos para ayudar a la naturaleza, mentalizó a muchas personas sobre ello, ayudando así a preservar la naturaleza y ayudar a mantener la vida de muchos animales y plantas.

During the last century Don Pedro and Dona Dorotea spent summers outdoors in a small shrine. They created a garden with trees from all over the world. Today that place is the most sacred and untouched in the world, only the most privileged can enter it and once in a lifetime. It has become a sanctuary where nature is essential.
The Cortés family had the great good fortune to visit it last autumn something magical happened to them.
As you walk through it you felt as calm and peace surrounded you, making you feel relaxed and happy with the whole environment. The family spent two days there, the best of their lives, or so they say.
The first day at night while their parents were sleeping, Jamie went outside to investigate the surroundings and to his surprise he found a small and unusual being among the bushes that were covering the thick trunks of the cherry, a white and tiny fox. Amie went to the little animal and tried to catch him. But the animal was fast enough to get away, so Jamie could only catch the end of its tail and miraculously.
The little fox growled but made no attempt to bite or jump on him, so Jamie persisted with the grip until the animal opened his mouth and said:
- I'd appreciate you let me go, please.
Jamie shocked as if it had been raining frogs, let go the small animal, which sat on the floor.
- How can you talk? Animals cannot do that. - He stammered.
- I do, I am the guardian of the sanctuary, without me, it would not remain here. Many humans wander around to see what trees can be cut down.
- Oh ... they should not cut any because all of this is beautiful!
- Of course Jamie, but I fear that many humans do not understand that nature is one of the most important elements for life, both animal and human. And if they continue destroying forests, polluting, removing plants, hunting animals etc. It will be a question of time before that all just disappear, do you understand?
- Yes, I understand.
Shortly after, the fox who called himself Aslan, disappeared and Jamie never heard from him again, but the short chat was very useful because when Jamie grew up he participated in many projects to help nature, and made many people aware of it, thus helping to preserve nature and help maintain the life of many animals and plants.
